I survived Jamaica Carnival 2013. Thanks to all those who showed my camera love.
I’ve now made it to Trinidad’s Carnival two years in a row. I had a blast last year and this year was no different. If you have never been to carnival in Trinidad put it on your list and start saving from now lol because things can be a bit costly. Once that’s out of the way its pure niceness. When you can provide me with good friends, great music, beautiful women in costumes, and allow me to photograph them for two days I’m always going to be a happy individual. On Thursday afternoon my friend Jonathan aka MadwhiteJamaican came to me with the idea of shooting a spoof video for the VW commercial. We all love the commercial & decided to put our little twist on it. We filmed a few scenes on friday, finished it up on Sunday and edited while watching the Super Bowl. This was done just for fun & hope you find it amusing like we did. Special thanks to my wonderful cast, crew, Gary & Delta over at MPBC, Xavier and Kristen. Thanks to VW for inspiring us.
Trinidad’s carnival is one of the best carnivals in the world. If the Trini’s aren’t celebrating it, then they are preparing for it, while reminiscing about last year carnival. The video below is a recap video of Carnival 2012 in Trinidad. Yes I know its late but better late than never. I had a great time last year; unfortunately, I won’t be able to make it this year

First I must say Happy New Years and all the best for 2013. Thanks to all my subscribers and those who constantly follow my work, I really appreciate it. With that said my first post for 2013 is of a video I filmed over two years ago. This video is of Dj Bambino who stopped by his Mom on the way back from a party with Burger (Yes thats his real name). Bambino’s Mom fed them both but for some reason the curry affected Burger. A few weeks later Bambino stop by to hail up Burger and he talks about the incident. Enjoy

One of my few mistakes were trying to shoot both short films in one day. That should have been a big no no. I spent about 1.5hrs just creating my shot list and on the day of the shoot I forgot it. So I had to go off memory for the shots needed to make this story happen. The good news was I had one of my favorite actress on set and a great team that I assemble to bring the project to life. We did make it happen and below is that product. Thanks to great cast and great crew who were able to overcome all the obstacles we faced and special thanks to Flowers By Judith, YoungTheHyphenate, and the creators of the 50kisses.
